The NC Dems sure are on a quality candidate campaign these days. From The guy who couldn’t win American Idol to Peter Griffin. The win is strong with the NC Dems.

#NCDEMS Outta Cash?

An Executive Council member who attended the meeting said embattled party Chairman Randy Voller told members the party is “broke,” with only $60,000 in the bank. – WRAL

Aw gee, the NC Dem Party is chaired by Randy Voller having money troubles? That’s a shocker. Democrats are probably glad WRAL’s article is mercifully short; but the blog Who The Hell Is George points out the article is also a little short on facts.

The NC Democrat party is indeed suffering. I can’t imagine their far Left push and association with Moral Monday is helping fundraising efforts in a state where Democrats traditionally have trended more centrist than Left. Chairman Voller’s attempt to bring the accused serial sexual harasser and general controversy stirring Ben Chavis on board to further promote that march to the Far Left didn’t help. CCSSO President Atkinson Starts Campaigning Early

NC State Superintendent and President of the CCSSO Dr. June Atkinson recently spent time speaking to the Carteret County Democrat party. Atkinson assaulted the current legislature for teacher pay while conveniently leaving out the role both she and former Governor Perdue played in freezing teacher pay in the first place.

Despite having the highest graduation rate in the history of the state, North Carolina’s public education system needs support to survive the recent wave of changes enacted by the General Assembly, State Superintendent of Public Instruction June Atkinson said on Saturday to county Democrats. #MoralMarch Recap

So, the NC NAACP held their ‘grassroots’ Moral March – which was really just the annual HK on J (Historic Thousands on Jones St) with a bunch of groups bused in to make more noise. The main protest point, among the laundry list presented, was voter ID.

NRSC to FOIA NC On #Obamacare Enrollments

It’s the main tactic of the Left and has been for some time now. A tactic I and others have dubbed “Shutuppery”. Shutuppery, like most silencing tactics, has its roots in Political Correctness.
