@NCAE To Join Occupy Monday’s “Day of Action”

Just what does the NCAE do with teacher dues? Join ‘days of action’ with far Left groups who get media attention by getting arrested maybe? This letter from the NCAE below looks like political activity, not teacher advocacy. In fact, that’s exactly what it is only Larry calls it “education activism”.

Workshops and skills training? Like what? Chanting and holding signs? Learning how to alienate more and more parents with vitriolic antics?

Hey, at least this time they aren’t pulling a day of action in our schools right? Shocked they sent this instead of their protest arm, Organize2020. Continue reading

WOW… desperate much?

No, this is not an article from the Onion. Occupy Monday needs organizers and they’re hiring. Question is, who is really paying that salary?

From the link in Clark Riemer’s tweet, read below about the ” 50 highly-trained paid Moral Freedom Summer organizers” of which “Native North Carolinians, students, people of color, LGBT people, and Spanish-speakers are encouraged to apply.” Hey, you — white guy, forget applying? Continue reading

#DM7 Article: Biden On The Loose: Voter Expansion Project

This is a reposting of my weekly column at DaTechGuy Blog: Biden On The Loose: Voter Expansion Project

See how Joe wants you to “Stand Up” to expand voting rights and how in NC, voter fraud that has ties to multiple other states has been exposed. Continue reading

Not The Onion: The White Privilege Conference

“The White Privilege Conference”. You read that headline correctly. Here’s a sample of what was presented, including teachers promoting political activism in the classroom to combat racism and their ‘white guilt’ and the continued smear job of the Tea Party by noted far leftist, Leondard Zeskind. Oh and yes, there are ties to our own racist decrying, defacto leader of the NC Democrat party, Reverend Barber.

Occupy Monday Protester To Fill Late Senator Nesbitt’s NCGA Seat

Terry Van Duyn has finally won an election. In 2012, she ran for Buncombe county commissioners in District 3 and lost miserably, coming in dead last out of 4 candidates. She’ll be filling the seat of the late Senator Nesbitt (NC-49) for the rest of what remains of his term. Here’s Van Duyn on the campaign trail in April 2012. She was Occupy Monday before it was all the rage:

Van Duyn wasn’t a shoe-in however, because it took three rounds of voting to get a majority… Continue reading
