An Alamance County Public Schools bus driver has been charged in connection with a bus crash on Oct. 12.
Ronald Farrow, age 75, hit a building near Sharpe Road and Highway 87 in Alamance County and was charged by the NC Highway Patrol with failure to maintain lane control.
No mugshot was provided by law enforcement.

The bus was carrying 18 students from B. Everett Jordan Elementary School when it crashed into the Lloyd Septic Building at around 7:20 a.m.
Seven of the students on board were injured and six were transported to the hospital.
Per the Alamance-Burlington School System, two students were discharged from the hospital on Oct. 12 and the other five students remained at the hospital for observation and further treatment.
Farrow suffered minor injuries that did not require being taken to the hospital.
The district has yet to offer an official statement on the crash or Farrow’s employment status.
Updates: On March 2, 2025, a judge ordered Farrow to pay a fine of $193 and was given no jail time or probation.
