Clocked doing 95 on I-40, failed to pull over when officers turned on their sirens and lights. McDougald continued to flee, hitting 150 MPH at one point and the chase continued when he exited onto NC-242. He eventually pulled over and was arrested by the NC State Highway Patrol.
