In a new undercover video that dropped this morning, Project Veritas revisits New Hampshire and finds the state’s revised Voting laws don’t really make much of an impact.

Four years ago, James O’Keefe released a video which showed how easy it would be for people to vote in New Hampshire using the names of deceased people. As a result of that video, New Hampshire changed its voter ID laws. Project Veritas Action revisited New Hampshire during Tuesday’s presidential primary election and again showed how easy it is to cast fraudulent votes with the new law fully in place. In this new video, multiple election officials and Bernie Sanders presidential campaign staffers offered advice to journalists using hidden cameras about how to circumvent the law.

What I didn’t include in that article is that Mr. Gibson is apparently a very active voter… in multiple states.

Here’s the evidence attached to a complaint against Gibson filed last Fall by New Hampshire Citizen, Ed Naile:

In regards to the different voter registrations and domiciles of Carl Robert Gibson (dob) 5/11/87.

1. Carl Robert Gibson has been, until May of this year, registered to vote at 117 Comanche Drive, Elizabethtown, Kentucky in Hardin County. Enclosed is his May 19, 2008 Change of Address Card showing his birth date. (Exhibit A).

2. Carl Robert Gibson has been registered to vote in Kentucky since 2006. His voter history showing his registration and several address changes is enclosed. (Exhibit B).

3. On April 24, of 2012 Carl Robert Gibson registered to vote in the State of Connecticut at 49-1 Seaside Lane, Old Lyme, Ct. 06371-1944 with a phone number of 1-601-454-6443; His Ct. Voter ID Number is 00400665. He registered a car at that address. A copy of an email I received from the Ct. Dept of safety is enclosed. (Exhibit C)

4. On November 6, 20012 Carl Robert Gibson, while knowingly registered to vote in two other states, in all likelihood, used a Kentucky Driver’s License to register to vote same day in the November 6, 2012 NH General Election using a Concord Post Office given address of 26 Summit Street, the back door of 85 Center St. where his apartment is located.

5. On April 2, 2013 Carl Robert Gibson registered to vote and voted in a Wisconsin State Election while being a registered voter in NH and Ct. 6. On August 30, of 2013 Carl Robert Gibson was arrested in Huston, Texas and posted on his web site a copy of the Criminal Trespass Complaint showing his Kentucky Driver’s License Number G02-716-568. (Exhibit D).

7. On November 4, 2014 Carl Robert Gibson voted in the NH General Election by absentee ballot, knowing he had recently registered and voted in Wisconsin.

Carl Robert Gibson has knowingly and repeatedly provided false documents to mislead NH Election Officials as to his legal domicile. Carl Robert Gibson used identification from various states to accomplish this activity thereby enhancing his vote and cheating NH citizens out of their qualified votes.
