A Jones County Public Schools teacher was arrested on indecent liberties charges involving a student.
Logan Graham Clark, age 23, was arrested by Jones County Sheriff’s Deputies on Oct. 12 and was charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Clark posted bond the same day he was arrested. The details of that bond are unknown at this time.
The Jones County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint on Oct. 10 regarding an inappropriate relationship between Clark and a student. That complaint was investigated and led to charges being filed.

No mugshot was released at the time of his arrest, however, his photo was posted on Facebook by a local chapter of Future Farmers of America (FFA). FFA is the premier youth organization preparing members for leadership and careers in the science, business and technology of agriculture.
The FFA page indicates Clark is a former member of the North Lenoir FFA Chapter. A separate post says he graduated from the University of Mount Olive with a major in Agriculture Education.
Clark appears to have been a student teacher as of January of this year in the Jones Senior High Agriculture Education Department. The district has not yet confirmed any employment details nor has it issued an official statement.
Clark does not hold an NC teaching license.
Law enforcement involved in the case says the investigation is still open.
