Well, Blogcon 2013 in Dallas is over. I’m sitting here in the DFW airport waiting for my flight back to North Carolina and figured I’d send a big thank you note by way of a blog post to FreedomWorks and The Blaze.

They put on one great conference and they took great care of the hard working bloggers, video bloggers and conservative new media personalities that attended. A huge thank you to Kristina Ribali and everyone who helped her in organizing the event. Bravo!
This weekend several panels at #BlogCon2013 will be streamed live at live.freedomworks.org. Stay tuned for details! Blogcon2013.com — FreedomWorks (@FreedomWorks) May 9, 2013
Take a look at the agenda to see who spoke and the panels that were held. It was a jam packed scheduled from beginning to end. The final night, the bloggers all jumped on board buses and headed to The Blaze studios were we were treated to a taping of the Glenn Beck show and then were a live audience panel. Yours truly even participated.
Just was on @theblaze tv with Glenn Beck and am more determined than ever to fight! #blogcon2013 #war — LL1885 (@LadyLiberty1885) May 13, 2013
Not only was this a great meeting of bloggers and conservatives from all over the country, I finally got to meet Liberty Speaks in person for the first time. I feel honored to have such a dedicated and great patriot on team LL1885. It was truly epic as the two of us conferenced hard by day and partied hard by night. Another set of kudos to FreedomWorks for being such an outstanding host!
A little montage to get the flavor of BlogCon2013
BlogCon Is… Liberty.
Deneen Borelli kicked things off with a fiery speech to rally the bloggers:
Doug Ross tweeted out part of the show from The Blaze Studios:

Nice Deb jumped behind the Big Desk in the Oral Office at The Blaze Studios. President NiceDeb 2016!:

GOPrincess hit the nail on the BlogCon head, capturing this statement by Chris Loesch during one of the panels:
Freedom and Liberty are more important than comfort and they are much better than slavery. – @chrisloesch #blogcon2013

That’s just a quick sample as I sit here waiting for my flight. I’ve got a lot more pictures and hopefully will grab some more video of the panels. I’m also hoping that The Blaze makes the BlogCon panel portion of the show available for the bloggers who attended so that we can share the experience with our readers.
Stay tuned – more to come!

Rock on, Lady Liberty!! Can’t wait to hear all the juicy details!! KPS
