The Not Optimal Campaign Of Binders, Big Bird and Non-Issues

Obama in 2008 was eerily prophetic about his re-election campaign in 2012.

“You make big elections about small things.”

Small things like “binders” as the way to revive their manufactured war on women and hiding behind Big Bird. Both the President and Vice President have displayed their moral and intellectual bankruptcy during the debates. The people are fed up and it shows.

Then to add insult to injury, as President Obama himself stated the following regarding the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, of which he lied about even in the 2nd Presidential debate,

“Here’s what I’ll say. If four Americans get killed, it’s not optimal. We’re going to fix it. All of it,” Obama replied. (Source – The Hill)

Not Optimal.

I’ll tell you what also is not optimal, Mr. Obama: Your last 4 years as President.

The entire Obama campaign has become a collection of small things. I’ve said from this beginning, this President loves his shiny objects to distract with and the villains he holds up for you to fear. Well, Fluke that. Joe Wilson called it early on — this man is a liar.

The man is an empty suit in an empty chair. Faster, November… Faster. Continue reading

New Strategy Confirmed

What did I tell you about Slick Willy’s speech? I said that Clinton tipped us off on how Obama would campaign:

1. He tipped us off on the mode of attack for the next 60 days.

Obama’s going to actually run against Congress more than Romney. Nearly all of Obama’s attacks on Romney have boomeranged back at him. Obama needs a bad guy. Why not the only people with lower approval ratings than himself? Obama will paint them as utterly inflexible and that Romney/Ryan will be more of the same. The stress Clinton put on his attack on Congress was a dog whistle to his party faithful; concentrate on keeping the Senate and trying to retake the House – forget the Oval. Clinton also cleverly contrasted Obama and Romney by attacking Congress and their ‘lack of cooperation’. I think Clinton knows it’s amateur hour with Obama who’s flexibility can be summarized with “I won”, whereas Romney has proven on multiple stages how he works well with others to get things done. Subtle and slick.

Then I see this today:

“I don’t think the president is running against Congress,” he said. “The president is running against a Republican do-nothing Congress that tried to stop and thwart everything that he tried to do.” (Source: Roll Call)

I told you so. I welcome this line of attack, since Obama seems to forget his party held a majority in House until 2010. Continue reading

Tell A Lie Big Enough…

The latest Obama ad actually had me laughing. They sure must be worried about all the voters out there with buyers remorse. You’d think after the Soptic ad Obama would have learned that as President, you just can’t make stuff up.

The desperation drips from this thing:

Gateway Pundit has the take-down of that ad and calls our the Liberals posing as Conservatives in it. Obama’s campaign might do well to invest in a limbo stick and see how low they can go each week. Disgusting. Continue reading

What Polls Don’t Show You (Video)

I’ve said for a while that the Polls don’t show you the people like this:

These are the Democrats and Independents who will quietly stay home in November. These people are not likely to admit they won’t vote for Obama in a poll, but Obama knows they are there – and growing. So does the media. The MSM is latching onto anything and everything they can, blowing it up and desperately trying to attach it to Romney/Ryan. Team Obama and his lapdog media have to try to stop the hemorrhaging. It’s a good bet that the Soptic Ad wasn’t as low as they can go. Continue reading

Possibly The Worst Impromptu Presser Ever

I just put out an article this morning mocking President Obama’s latest favorite choice of interviewers and media outlets and who should step in front of the White House press corps this afternoon – after 8 weeks of hiding? Yeah. Him.

Boy. Wow. I mean, whew… did Obama BLOW IT. I’m sure he doesn’t think he blew it, but yeah, he really did. He dropped more major lie bombs in that one presser than he has in perhaps the last six months. I am sure we won’t be seeing his shadow in the press room again for another 8 weeks.

Here’s the quick recap of the carnage: Continue reading

Great Moments In FORWARD: Avoiding The WH Press Corps.

Perhaps Team Obama saw the report on the decline of News outlet credibility and are tailoring their press engagements around that, or it could be Team Obama realizes people have woken up and are acknowledging that the media is in the tank for him. Probably a bit of both.

I can hardly wait for President Kardashian to cue up another interview with The View or try out his hand with Perez Hilton next. At any rate, from the cover, it looks like Newsweek won’t be getting an interview anytime soon. Continue reading

Small Businesses & The Obama/Biden Campaign

Small businesses across the country are not pleased with the Obama/Biden campaign. One can hardly blame them. Obama’s “you didn’t build that” statement is not going away.
