Hey Lady, there was an article in the Charlotte Observer concerning some 35,000 people who may have come into this state (NC) to vote in the 2012 election and who had already voted in another state in that same election:

    http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2014/04/02/4813277/nc-election-officials-identify.html#.U_M3aCdOWM8

I wrote a certified letter to Kim Strach, Democrat, requesting demographics only on these people – like party affiliation, race, etc. – only to be told by her publicity officer that since the cases are all being “investigated” they would NOT give me the information. To date, they still have not given me the information.

Something tells me these Democrats have something to HIDE.

You got any ideas, short of filing suit against her?

    Please advise.

I was banned from commenting or liking anything on your Facebook page for what you seemed to believe was trolling. I never troll and was genuinely expressing what I believe on the issue of Islam and its portrayal. If you disagree with me, that’s fine and you have every right to ask me kindly not to be disrespectful if that’s how you perceive logical debate. But banning me from the page when I did nothing wrong is very unprofessional of you. Despite your best attempts to make me look bad (deleting the argument and dismissing it as trolling), I was one of your regular readers until now. It’s unfortunate and, in my opinion, unprofessional that you chose to handle this in such a way.

    Farewell for now.

I stumbled upon your site (as I do most everything interesting in life!) by sheer happenstance (I left a comment about your HILARIOUS photo of the couture-challenged First Lady) and am glad to make your cyber-acquaintance. As for the lefties who have (bless their hearts) not only drunk, but GULPED the PC Kool-Aid, y’all need to re-read the tale of The Emperor’s New Clothes. It takes a brave, clear-headed, common-sensical person (like you, LL) to speak up and tell the truth as (s)he sees it! Brava!

My heart breaks when there is no desire to connect with people who think differently – just a desire to demonize. Why does conservatism mean that you have to speak your “truth” with such venom? May God bless and keep your soul. Respectfully submitted. Kelli

    • Conservatism doesn’t mean speaking the truth with “venom”, that is something you assigned to it. Facts and the truth often are confused for being demonizing by those who resent hearing them. The Left has made it clear they do not wish to connect at all, but instead to dictate. What you see here in this blog is a refusal to take it anymore.

Respectfully, take your politically correct attempt to shame me elsewhere.

Wouldn’t it be a truth, actually, to say that demonization happens when something is said that ISN’T true? Hence, there was no demonization on this blog. Merely truths that need to be iterated and reiterated.

  16. I’ll be adding you to my blog roll. Should I list you under moms, or the nonmoms? (The only reason I segregate is to try to encourage folks to click over to blog buds. When the list is one huge unbroken wall, I reckon, what are the chances they are going to pick you within it?)
