I watched clips of Obama’s speech in Madison, WI and how the zippy one liners and arrogant cadence were back. You know what else was back? The teleprompter. Although if you look at pictures coming out of that speech, you’ll see the teleprompters are cropped out. Well, in most stories they are but not all.

Too Late.

What was seen in Denver by over 70 million people cannot be unseen. Every single speech since this debate will be tainted. Anyone who watched that debate and then watches any other speech he gives will have the thought in the back of their heads, ‘Gee, the President sure was lost without his teleprompter telling him what to say’.

Much like an internet tough guy hiding behind his computer, Obama has proved in Denver that he hides behind his teleprompter. He has been for over 4 years.
